I love your Calabrian-American menu and that you are doing beef. Do any of us Americans actually *like* turkey? 🤔 ... I’ll keep pretending, but...
Ha! I used to like turkey when it was fried. My family use to fry at least 3 on Thanksgiving day for ourselves and family members to take home. Smoked is also incredible. But a beef roast is very cozy and easy to stick in the oven : )
