Coming Soon: Your Italian Christmas Menu
Giuseppe and I are putting together an Italian Christmas menu just for you! But since Italians eat fish on Christmas Eve vs meat on Christmas Day we want to know which menu you’d prefer… Vote in the poll below and we’ll make your Italian Christmas food dreams come true!
If there are any specific dishes or family recipes you enjoy making each year tell us in the comments. For me, it’s cozze ripiene, stuffed mussels. Specifically made by Giuseppe’s Zia Im (pictured above). And for Giuseppe, it’s vrasciole (Calabrian meatballs), made by his mom, Lina. And they’re especially delicious because she fries them up in olive oil, of course.
