Ciao, we’re Giuseppe & Skyler.
This is an Italian love story. Giuseppe and I met in Rome in the summer of 2014 and have been together ever since. We’ve lived in the US and Italy, but now you can mostly find us in our olive groves in Calabria, where Giuseppe is from.
In 2017, we started an olive oil brand called EXAU Olive Oil using the fruit from our groves. Since then, we’ve been featured in Forbes, Oprah’s Favorite Things 2x, The New York Times, and more. In 2023, we published a book called The Olive Oil Enthusiast (Penguin Random House) and became level II olive oil sommeliers.
