HAPPY NEW YEAR, THANK YOU, HARVEST 2019, & NEW OIL
HAPPY NEW YEAR & THANK YOU!
We cannot believe it's already 2020. Wasn't it 1999 like 4 years ago?
We want to thank you for another fantastic year! Each year we learn, grow, & get to know you a little better. We've met some of our most loyal customers and closest friends at events, shows, & tastings over the past few years. These friendships and interactions mean the world to us. Thank you for opening these emails, cheering us on, making us sell out of the XOOC TWICE (which is back in stock), and showing continuous support.
We wish you and yours a very Happy New Year!

Harvest 2019
Harvest was incredible this year! We harvested 1,000+ trees over many days with a very small team. It was exhausting, rewarding, and the end product was nothing short of incredible. We used the same method to harvest this year: the branch shaker, sticks, and tree rakes. This is a more delicate method that does not damage the branches or trees. If you would like to read more about how extra virgin olive oil is made we wrote an article here.
Below are photos throughout the entire process and some special photos at the press and on a close friend's property (they propagate olive trees!). If you want to see more photos please follow us on Instagram or Facebook!
A presto,
-Skyler & Giuseppe
