We Did It!
Look at you! Almost making it through 2020. Excluding today (because we're optimists) there are only 12 more days in the most bizarre year of our lives. We usually like to look back at our year for a lovely recap, but let's skip that part this year and discuss things that bring us joy... like YOU!
We have a belated holiday gift for you. But first we have a lot of thank yous.
Thank you for being a part of these monthly(-ish) emails throughout this truly tumultuous year. Thank you for sending us emails and DMs sharing the new and exciting ways you used EXAU in the kitchen while feeding yourself and your families.
Thank you for confiding in us and sharing your struggles during quarantine (the DMs about the snippets of Calabria providing a sense of escapism made us tear up). Thank you to our health care workers (many of whom are family or close friends) who continue to work through this pandemic.
And lastly, thank YOU for your continuous support and being patient with us as we continue to grow, especially these past few months.
The Last of the Last
We've completed our end of the year inventory update... And we found a bit more of the AVUS, LINA, & TURI in the warehouse (!!!). We have updated our website with the small quantities available for purchase by the bottle. We are no longer offering gift sets.
All three products are password protected. We have done this to ensure you are able to access and purchase product. Please do not violate this circle of trust and share the password with others. We will remove the password protection in a few days.

Shipping Update
Shipping, worldwide, is currently a mess. All couriers are delayed. Most packages are not being scanned properly (re: why tracking #'s are not updating). If you have a tracking # that is not updating we apologize for the inconvenience, unfortunately, once a package internally scans as exiting our warehouse we cannot control when the courier will scan it. We have communicated with all couriers and our warehouse and this is something occurring across the industry. It will take time for the couriers to catch up. We truly hope your package arrives as quickly as possible. If you have more questions about shipping please visit our FAQ.

If you haven't explored the recipe section of our website (wait, what?!), it's time to bring a little bit of Italy to your kitchen. Get started here. Our current favorites are:
Tagliatelle all Bolognese
Preferred oil: the AVUS It's warm and cozy. The ragù is decadent. We usually use store-bought tagliatelle but if you're really *feeling yourself* you can explore making your own dough and pasta here.
Parmigiana
Preferred oil: the TURI Honestly, if there are any Siciliani or Napoletani here we have something to say: *IT DOESN'T MATTER IF THE EGGPLANT IS BREADED WITH BREADCRUMBS*
All jokes aside, to-bread or not-to-bread is your own choice. We followed Lina's recipe, who makes truly incredible parmigiana. Our one piece of advice, let the eggplant drain. A soggy parmigiana is a sad parmigiana : (
